Last year was definitely a whirl-wind and I finally feel like I’m able to see through all the dust to try to make my direction clear for 2015. As I did last year, I’m relying strongly on my intuition to make decisions this year. I’m not jumping at everything that comes my way, I’m making clear choices in hopes that everything will play out as it was meant to.
For the moment, I’m DEEP in collections!
I have my very first ever Solo Gallery show at Jungle Red Salon Spa Gallery in Minneapolis for the month of February. For this, I made a big decision. All of my paper pieces have painstakingly been mounted on cradled wood art panels, the sides have been covered in gold foil AND they’ve all gotten a couple coats of resin. I’m so glad I made this choice because my pieces just GLOW and SPARKLE! I love the effect! I’ve also taken 30 minis and done the same and they are ADORABLE!!!!
I’ve also continued work on my solo exhibit collection titled A Single Moment (to be on display in June and July this year). This will feature REAL (ethically sourced of course) butterflies in each of the pieces! It’s likely they will also glow a bit when I’m done with them, as a nod to the reality that not all nature sleeps at night. How awesome will that be?! I’m so excited!!! But, for the moment it’s looking like this:

You get get your favorite pieces of art printed on tshirts, phone cases, shower curtains, rugs, clocks, mugs, etc. As well as a regular old art print, or printed on a canvas!!! It’s really quite amazing!
